Managing
Transitions
Well

Zoom available to overseas participants

God gives us life a chapter at a time. How we finish life in the end depends on how we finish each chapter.

How do we know a phase of our ministry is coming to a close? How do we close it well? What could make the closure difficult and bitter, with painful fallout for all involved?

We will consider transitions such as resignation, termination, succession, and more.

Pastors, ministry workers, church leaders, and anyone navigating change in their season of services are warmly invited to join us for this timely and practical conversation.?
