The Head, Centre for Servant Leaders (CSL), is responsible for providing visionary leadership and operational oversight to strengthen Christian servant leadership development across church communities and the College. The Head will also collaborate with external partners to promote impactful, contextualised and biblically grounded training and short-term learning experiences for lay and ministry leaders.

The Head of CSL operates in a dynamic and collaborative academic setting that is grounded on theology with modern instructional technologies. This role requires engagement with faculty, students and external partners to drive innovation in design and development of learning programs via various platforms. The role involves both office-based and interactive work, including strategic planning, organization, hands-on development of ministry educational programmes, facilitation, training and evaluation etc. While the work is primarily on-site at the College, there may be requirements for conferences, partnerships or professional development participation at church or external locations.   1. Strategic Development

Sr Executive/Asst Manager, Estate

Lead and supervise a team of Estate staff in the smooth running of the Estate operations to achieve optimal effectiveness and efficiency.

Operations

  • Work closely with event coordinators from respective departments by providing logistical support, storage and space maintenance

  • Gatekeep and manage first line of external or media contacts
    when situations arise.

Governance Support

  • Serve as recording secretary for key meetings such as the Board Meeting, EC Meeting, etc to ensure effective governance reporting to the Board of Directors.
  • Draft letters, memoranda and official documents for the Principal’s approval regarding College matters and announcements.
  • Support the preparation of ministry, governance and accreditation documentation to ensure compliance in a timely manner.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Principal’s Office by
    handling calls, visitors, correspondence and media with discretion.
  • Liaise efficiently and professionally with the various stakeholders including Board members, faculty, students, alumni, donors and ministry partners, keeping contact lists up to date.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of key information and follow up on decisions, contracts or actions resulting from the Principal’s church and community engagements.

Event and Project Coordination

  • Organize, coordinate and communicate logistics for academic
    ceremonies, official visits and College-wide events that aligned with the Principal’s academic leadership.
  • Administer and follow up with the organization of the College
    Calendar, internal meetings, management events and
    communicate updates.
  • Organize and administer the smooth running of institutional
    spiritual life engagements such as chapels, retreats and
    community worship.

Faith Alignment

  • Ensure that communication and representation of the Principal’s Office reflect Christ-centred principles, the College’s vision,
    mission and values.

People Experience Executive

The People Experience Executive supports all aspects of the People & Strategic Growth Department. He/She must possess strong HR generalist competencies and be the go-to person for all employee-related issues.

This job position is important to the College’s educational success as faculty and staff are our most important assets. Influencing a cohesive and productive workplace and promoting the College’s values where everyone works to realize the College’s established mission and objectives is key.

The scope of work will involve administering the full spectrum of HR’s day to day functions and support the Head, People & Strategic Growth in strategic People management, organization development and People relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proactively keeps up to date with the regular changes in labour regulations and People practices/new ideas to ensure the HR policies and procedures are well communicated and in compliance with labour laws.
  • Builds relations with and supports employees in relation to work visas, contracts, family relocation, insurance etc matters with empathy.
  • Update and maintain all employee digital files, drives and records are kept meticulously and confidentiality is not compromised.
  • Coordinates and supports the complete people acquisition process cycle ensuring all necessary documents, checks, compliance and announcements are followed through for on & off-boarding with proper processes and records.
  • Prepares and submits all claims and monitor employee entitlements with clear records and tracking reports eg L&D applications, leave, medical, insurance
    etc.
  • Source and coordinates staff activities, programs and vendors that support and encourage employee engagement and communication eg prayer meetings, new employee / farewell gatherings, mental wellness, staff retreat, L&D talks / workshops, fund raising, volunteers engagement etc.
  • Support People administration for HR systems, government funding initiatives, various applications for work visas, statutory regulations, PSG calendar, recruitment drive, College events, announcements, operations safety and crisis management etc.
  • Performs other duties/projects as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Singaporean or Singapore PR only.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of human resource practitioner experience is preferred but fresh grads who desires to be trained are welcome.
