Dr. Jean Luah is Lecturer at Singapore Bible College. Having been supported as a faculty in training, she joined the faculty in July 2021.

Dr. Luah¡¯s research area is in theological hermeneutics, with an emphasis on wisdom literature in the Old Testament. Her doctoral thesis, ¡°Wise Readers and Reading Wisely: Themes, Practitioners, and Exegeses in Theological Interpretation of Scripture.¡±

Prior to embarking on her doctoral studies, Dr. Luah served as a lecturer in East Asia School of Theology. Earlier, she had served as a teacher for seven years with the Ministry of Education (Singapore), teaching students who took the ¡°O¡± levels, or the International Bachelor Diploma Programme.?
