In Japan, he conducted preaching seminars at Yokohama Overseas Chinese Christian Church and a discipleship workshop for Chinese pastors in Tokyo. He also preached at a summer camp organized by three Chinese churches. In the US, he went to New York and led a week on awakening to theological education organized by New York Chinese Christian Workers, Inc., provided consultation to local seminaries, and preached at three churches. He also went to Los Angeles where he gave a report to the North America Fellowship board members and taught an online class about the Corinthian church scandals.
