style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr. Kelvin Chong C.M. has many years of experience in electronic and electrical engineering as well as the information technology industry. Previously, he represented Malaysia in the Asia Pacific ICT Awards (APICTA). He is a Malaysian-born Chinese, who later moved to Australia, where he established his family and career, and was subsequently called to pursue PhD studies in Hong Kong. His main research areas include Byzantine patristics, technology ethics, and theology of technology.
