Singapore is one of the most religious diverse nations in the world and is often called the gateway to Asia. Well-reputed in Asia, Singapore Bible College has produced thousands of graduates over the past seven decades serving churches and communities in different parts of the world. The mission of the College is to train faithful servants of Jesus Christ to edify the body of Christ and to make disciples of all nations.

The College is confessional and interdenominational, and has a strong focus on biblical studies, theology and missions. Role Summary

The role of Head, Advancement at Singapore Bible College (SBC) is pivotal to the institution’s long-term financial health and its ability to fulfil its mission of theological education and service. Strategic Fund Development

Develop, implement and regularly review a multi-year advancement strategy targeting key financial priority such as reserves, general operations, student scholarships, major capital projects and new programme initiatives
Set and achieve annual fundraising goals aligned with the College’s budget and Board-approved priorities, including addressing current shortfalls and emerging needs

Diversification and Innovation in Fundraising

Research and pursue new funding streams, including corporate partnerships, foundation grants, major donor campaigns and revenue-generating educational initiatives

Donor Cultivation and Stewardship

Donor Data Management and Analysis

Proven track record in achieving ambitious fundraising targets and managing donor portfolios

Head, Centre of Servant Leaders

Role Summary

The Head, Centre for Servant Leaders (CSL), is responsible for providing visionary leadership and operational oversight to strengthen Christian servant leadership development across church communities and the College. This role leads strategic planning, program design, stakeholder engagement, bilingual facilitation (English and Chinese) and theological content integration aligned with the College’s missional values. The Head will also collaborate with external partners to promote impactful, contextualised and biblically grounded training and short-term learning experiences for lay and ministry leaders.

Operating in a dynamic and collaborative academic setting that is grounded on theology with modern instructional technologies, this role requires engagement with faculty, students and external partners to drive innovation in design and development of learning programs via various platforms. Both office-based and interactive work, including hands-on development of ministry educational programmes, facilitation, training and evaluation etc. While the work is primarily on-site at the College, there may be requirements for conferences, partnerships or professional development participation at church or external locations outside office hours. The role also demands adaptability in a fast-evolving learning environment with technological advancements to enhance ministry education and delivery methodologies.

Program Design, Content Production & Resources Rights

Collaborate the creation, revision and any accreditation of programs with relevant stakeholders

Guide team members in selecting and utilizing AI-driven

The role of the Marketing Communications Manager is to support the College’s mission, vision and values in collaboration with the various stakeholders of the College.

Role Summary

The People Experience Executive supports all aspects of the People & Strategic Growth Department. He/She must possess strong HR generalist competencies and be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Key Responsibilities

People Administration

Proactively keeps up to date with the regular changes in labour regulations and practices to ensure compliance
Update and maintain all employee digital records, digitizing processes and structures meticulously and ensure confidentiality is not compromised
Coordinates and supports the complete people acquisition process cycle ensuring all necessary documents, checks, compliance and various announcement channels are followed through
Prepares and submits all claims and monitor employee entitlements with clear records and tracking reports eg L&D applications, leave, medical, insurance etc
Identify and support government funding initiatives, various applications for work visas, statutory regulations, PSG calendar, recruitment drive, operations safety and crisis management etc

Events Coordination

Source and coordinates staff activities, programs and vendors that support and encourage employee engagement and communication
Coordinate invitations and administer logistics for prayer meetings, new employee/farewell gatherings, holistic wellness, staff retreat, L&D talks/workshops, teambuilding, fund raising, volunteers engagement etc
Track, compare and liaise with vendors quotations to ensure proper stewardship of funding and resources to achieve desired outcomes
Follow up with feedback and action plans for future events including budgeting, locations and cost effectiveness
Participate and contribute to College-wide events or collaborate with cross-departments event initiatives

Employee Relations

Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and workplace concerns, conducting prompt, confidential investigations and documenting findings
Builds relations with and supports foreign employees work visas applications, contracts, family relocation, insurance etc matters with empathy
Promote a positive work culture with creative engagement, recognition and wellness initiatives
Utilize employee engagement tools and surveys to analyze sentiment and identify trends to proactively improve the employee experience
Support the performance improvement plans (PIPs), disciplinary actions and separation processes in accordance with labour practices

Other Projects/Duties

Support and coordinate the onboarding and offboarding frameworks and programs with team members
Update the L&D calendar and support the sourcing/development and logistics of learning programs
Employer branding and social media engagement projects

Role Summary

The Secretary to the Principal provides confidential administrative, clerical and organizational support to ensure the efficient operation of the Principal’s Office. The role serves as the primary communication link between the Principal and internal or external stakeholders by upholding Christian values, professionalism and excellence. Key to this role is supporting the Principal as the chief executive and spiritual leader in his strategic, academic and operational leadership mandates.

This role operates in a professional office environment requiring extreme discretion, confidentiality and interpersonal tact. The Secretary must manage multiple schedules, travel and appointments for the Principal while acting as the first point of contact for high level stakeholders including Board members and donors. Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Estate

Role Summary

As a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager of the Estate Department, you will play a pivotal part in stewarding a diverse and active campus. This hands-on position oversees the end-to-end operations of a community-centric environment that includes on-site hostels, a canteen, offices, worship hall, library, smart classrooms and recreational facilities. Your primary focus is to ensure a safe, functional and spiritually conducive environment for students, employees and visitors by managing facilities maintenance, security protocols and fire safety compliance. Beyond day-to-day upkeep and contractor supervision, you will support the College’s mission through effective logistics for events, car park management and the coordination of essential housing and dining services.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

Work closely with event coordinators from respective departments by providing logistical support, storage and space maintenance
Manage security card access system and a team of contracted security guards
Review and update processes, policies and procedures in compliance with regulations and required standards for facility management
Manage and contract the use of SBC facilities and utilities with internal/external parties for rental, lease and extended use of dormitories, apartments, worship hall, classrooms etc
Ensure proper security protocols, access card systems and security monitoring measures are in place and enforced throughout the premise
Manage a team of cooks who provide meals to employees and students

Estate

Plan and manage College’s building facilities effectively (ie offices, classrooms, dormitories, canteen, carpark, landscaping etc), including operations, security and fire-safety
Conduct fire drills and other fire safety matters and carry out regulatory submissions as required
Identify and drive improvement projects and manage facilities upgrade and cost control
Maintenance of building facilities: water systems, electrical and solar power systems, air-conditioning systems and other equipment to ensure safety and business continuity
Handle procurement of materials and services to justify for cost-effectiveness
Manage and update contracts and licenses renewals to ensure no lapses in maintenance schedules, validity of contracts, licenses and lifespan of equipment and parts
Source, engage and coordinate contractors, builders, architects etc for renovation or rectification work
Compile quarterly report, asset listings and budget proposal
Manage and mentor student helpers to attend to emergencies such as power failure, water leakage promptly (including after office hours)

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities

Daily facilities check, identify rectification work and track resolutions progress to ensure safety, smooth and timely resolutions
Brief and assign daily repair/maintenance tasks to onsite maintenance technicians
Lead and monitor the repair work and work solutions progress
Physical and online procurement of spare parts for repairs
Maintain inventory stock of spare parts for repairs
Update and submit monthly maintenance checklists

Other Responsibilities

Support Facilities Subcommittee and Campus Redevelopment Committee administratively

Hands-on with organizing workflows, databanks for records/drawings/systems and project management

Relationships

Good stakeholder management and able to engage with Senior Management confidently
Source, budget and contract services from contractors and vendors managing service quality and deliverables in a timely manner
